The shop is situated opposite the town library in the pedestrianised section of Hoddesdon High Street.  There is a free car park in the Tower Centre at the top of the High Street and several car parks are situated a short distance away on Taverners Road, the service road to the West. Alternatively to the East there is a large car park for the local Sainsburys Superstore with a short path that runs past the side of the library and directly into the High Street almost opposite the shop.  On market days – Wednesdays and Fridays – the car parks do tend to be rather full until early afternoon.

Hoddesdon is served by buses to and from most nearby towns. The nearest railway stations are at Rye House and Broxbourne on the line running north from Liverpool Street station.
